The British Library’s ‘Breaking the News’ exhibition opens its doors today, examining the role news plays in society. Supported by Newsworks, it explores 500 years of news and issues of choice, interpretation, truth and trust in the media. As part of our partnership, those joining us for our Festival of News on 9 June will also have an opportunity to take a look on the day. Read more about it here.
Meanwhile, we’re celebrating the launch of the exhibition with a special ‘10 minutes with’, speaking to the British Library’s printed heritage collections curator Maddy Smith. Click here for a peek behind the curtains of how the exhibition was put together, Maddy’s favourite artefact out of the 100 on display and her star-studded fantasy dinner party.
As ever, check out our latest stand out ads including TUI and Louis Vuitton as well as more news from news brands below.
