National news publishers have received more than 80 nominations in all, with journalists and their work honoured in a wide range of categories
Publishers have been nominated for awards celebrating the best political coverage, features, investigations, photojournalism, environmental coverage, sports reporting and more, as well as for categories recognising outstanding interviewers and fantastic new journalists.
Newsworks is sponsoring this year’s Campaign of the Year award. The nominations are:

- ‘End This Injustice’ (Express)
- ‘Give It Back’ (The Sun)
- ‘Mail Force’ (Daily Mail and Mail on Sunday)
- ‘Save LV’ (Daily Mail)
- ‘Transparency in British public life’ (openDemocracy)
- ‘White Lies’ (CNN)
The winners will be revealed at a ceremony at the London Hilton Park Lane on Thursday 15 December.
