In a first for the Newsworks Awards, you will be able to decide which news brand campaign is named the industry’s most popular ad in a two-week public vote
With a shortlist comprised of the nine winners of our ‘ad of the month’ polls between January and October this year, voters have until 12 noon on Monday 25 November to cast their vote and make sure their favourite takes home a shiny Newsworks Awards trophy at our awards party.
The finalists are a testament to the diverse range of possibilities that news brands offer to advertisers looking to engage with readers, from print to digital, wraps to content partnerships.
To add to the excitement, everyone that votes will be entered into our ‘ad of the year’ Apple Watch prize draw. Keep your eyes peeled for the News from Newsworks newsletter on Thursday 28 November, when we’ll reveal which lucky voter takes home the prize.
We’ll announce our ‘ad of the year’ at our awards party on Tuesday 3 December.
Terms & conditions
Everyone is welcome to join in, but only those working inside the media industry will be eligible to win the prize (an Apple Watch). The prize is non-transferrable and not redeemable for cash.
Newsworks’ Ad of the Year competition will run from Monday 11 November until Monday 25 November at 12 noon.
Participants may enter as many times as they like.
The winner will be picked at random at the close of the competition. The winner will be announced at our Newsworks Awards party on the evening of Tuesday 3 December.
The ads selected for the competition are based on the nine winners of our ad of the month competitions in 2024. Participants are encouraged to vote for their favourite ad from the selection in order to be entered into the prize draw.
