Sainsbury’s Taste the Difference spreads across several pages of The i Paper this week, with a campaign built on four products and very few words
Across several pages of The i Paper, Sainsbury’s Taste the Difference makes the case for the everyday extraordinary — and uses just one word per product to do it. Good food speaks for itself.
Golden Kiwi gets ‘Wowee’. Jersey Royal New Potatoes get ‘Royalty’. Italian Burrata gets a portmanteau — ‘Burrilliant’ — and Wagyu Beef Burgers get an elongated vowel: ‘Wag. Oooooh’. Each execution is built on a full-page food photograph and a two-beat headline, set against The i Paper’s regular news coverage for the week.
The campaign carries the Taste the Difference branding throughout, closing on Sainsbury’s ‘Good food for all of us’ sign-off.
