The research builds more context and nuance into traditional understandings of consumer trust, demonstrating how familiarity and risk interact to create a more composite measurement for brands.
Mediatel’s Media Research Awards “recognise and celebrate the organisations and people that are driving innovation and development in UK media research”. The winners will be announced at a ceremony on 2 March at Banking Hall in London.
