The news brand is calling on its media partners and friends once again to get involved and raise even more vital funds for British Heart Foundation (BHF)
Following the success of last year’s tournament, spearheaded by Mail Metro Media’s chief revenue officer, Dom Williams, this year’s event returns to Padel Social Club, Earls Court on Wednesday 9th September.
150 players and spectators turned out for last year’s first PADELFEST, which raised over £42K for British Heart Foundation – and this year, the Mail Metro Media team has high ambitions to raise even more.
Fellow media owners, agencies, brands and businesses can now secure their team spot which guarantees entry for two players and two spectators to attend the West London venue for an afternoon celebrating one of the fastest growing sports in the world.
Wavemaker claimed the 2025 trophy and with WPP, Global, OMD and Zenith already signed up for 2026, the competition for this year’s title is already hotting up.
Dom Williams says: “Following the inspiration and pride we took from last year’s inaugural PADELFEST, we are committed to making this year’s event bigger and better to raise even more funds for our friends at British Heart Foundation, who do such amazing lifesaving work. The support we received from our industry partners and friends was overwhelming and I can’t wait to get back on court with everyone involved in September.”
British Heart Foundation’s regional fundraising manager, Rebecca Honey adds: “British Heart Foundation is absolutely delighted to be partnering once again with Mail Metro Media on their brilliant PADELFEST this September.
“They’ve created a truly prestigious tournament, and their commitment to bringing people together while raising vital funds and awareness for cardiovascular disease research is making a real difference. We’re incredibly proud to continue working together and are really looking forward to another fantastic event.”
