Chef Gordon Ramsay and TikTok chef Nick DiGiovanni have created the world’s largest beef wellington, as shared by the Mirror. The famous chef teamed up with DiGiovanni to create a 25.76kg version of the classic British dish, which is roughly the same weight as the average eight year-old boy.
Chef DiGiovanni, known for breaking multiple food-related world records, celebrated reaching the 10 million subscribers’ milestone on YouTube by creating the giant pastry. The dish was created using Ramsay’s signature beef Wellington recipe, weighings around 25 kilograms
2. Taste of victory
