3. The King’s Foundation
King Charles attended the King’s Foundation inaugural awards ceremony at the St James’ Palace, the Evening Standard reports on YouTube.

4. A good deed
A young boy named Teddy Litchten celebrated his first ever birthday party, despite turning five years old. Litchten spent his young life fighting an aggressive childhood cancer that his parents feared he might not beat. Thankful for a close-knit community, villagers helped raise an amazing £250,000 which supported the young boy to have lifesaving treatment in the USA, the Mirror explains.
Litchten’s mum Katherine says their kindness has paid off, as he is now looking forward to a future with his family: “We had the most incredible day, as to have Teddy with us celebrating his birthday was something that we had only dreamed about.”
He has now been nominated for the upcoming Pride of Britain awards.
5. A sweet engagement
Lead singer of the band The 1975 Matty Healy is engaged to model and musician partner Gabbriette Bechtel.
Bechtel is the lead singer of the punk rock band Nasty Cherry, founded by Charlie XCX. The pair have been romantically linked since September 2023.
