Newsworks Awards: Vote for your ad of the year
2025 has seen nine brilliant ads of the month but only one can be crowned ‘ad of the year’ — vote for which ad you believe deserves a shiny Newsworks Awards trophy at our party in December
While most of our Awards winners have already been chosen by our esteemed panel of judges, the honour of ‘ad of the year’ remains very much up for grabs.
From Walkers’ brilliant answer to Dry January to Andrex fighting toilet stigma in Britain’s schools, we’ve seen a fantastic array of print and digital campaigns take the crown in our monthly polls.
Now it’s time for one final public poll to see which of this year’s cream of the crop rises to top and bags a hotly coveted Newsworks Awards trophy to boot.
Simply vote for the shortlisted ad below you believe deserves to be named 2025’s ‘ad of the year’. What’s more, we’re bringing a little bit of early festive cheer our prize draw — each vote cast will now be in with a chance of winning an Apple Watch.
Get your vote in by 12 noon on Thursday 20 November to make sure your voice is heard. We’ll be announcing our prize draw winner in our newsletter later that day, with our ‘ad of the year’ being unveiled at our Awards party on Tuesday 2 December.

Terms & conditions
Everyone is welcome to join in, but only those working inside the media industry will be eligible to win the prize (Apple Watch). The prize is non-transferrable and not redeemable for cash.
Newsworks’ Ad of the Year competition is now closed.
Participants may enter as many times as they like.
The prize winner will be picked at random at the close of the competition and will be announced in that day’s newsletter. The winner will be announced at our Newsworks Awards party on the evening of Tuesday 2 December.
The ads selected for the competition are based on the nine winners of our ad of the month competitions in 2025. Participants are encouraged to vote for their favourite ad from the selection to be entered into the prize draw.
