In partnership with New Digital Age, Newsworks will host a unique comedy experience, sorting true from false and rumour from reality
Taking place on Thursday 27 April at The Box in Manchester, the evening will take a wry look at the world of fake news and misinformation with a series of quick-fire rounds.
Facing the fake news spotlight from host Rob Mayhew will be Claie Wilson, assistant editor of Metro, Josh Halliday, the Guardian’s northern correspondent and Charlotte Ivers, columnist at The Sunday Times and political correspondent for Times Radio.
