Newspapers feature cover wraps encouraging the public to download the NHS COVID-19 app.
Branded the “Big app download weekend”, national and regional dailies are running the latest “All together” branded content today and tomorrow across England and Wales.
With the aim of stopping the spread of coronavirus, cover wraps and homepage takeovers call on readers to “Protect your loved ones” and “Download the app” that will help track COVID-19 cases.
In print, the inside of the cover provides news brand audiences with information on how the new app will help you protect the community and others faster and includes a reminder of the government’s “Hands. Face. Space” communications.
The Evening Standard and Metro have run this cover today (Friday 25 September) and our picture gallery will be updated once other cover wraps go live.
As the latest burst of activity went live, Newsworks’ Managing Director Jo Allan said: “This is the third cover wrap we have done as part of our advertising partnership and we continue to play a crucial role in amplifying government messages during these uncertain times.”
The “All together” campaign aims to keep the public safe and the nation united throughout the COVID-19 pandemic.
