The Site is owned and operated by Newsworks, which is a company brought together by a number of national newsbrand publishers (Newsworks stakeholders, listed below) for the purpose of collectively marketing and promoting the use of newsbrands as an advertising medium in the UK.
Newsworks reserves the right to change or vary the Terms at any time by posting changes online. Please review the Terms regularly to ensure you are aware of any such changes. Your continued use of the Site after changes or variations are posted means you agree to be legally bound by the Terms as updated and/or amended.
Use of the Site
All material included in the Site is intended for information purposes only. You should not act nor refrain from acting on the basis of information contained in the Site without first verifying the information and obtaining legal and/or professional advice as necessary.
Whilst Newsworks endeavours to ensure that the information on the Site is correct, Newsworks makes no (and expressly disclaims all) representations, warranties, conditions and other terms including those expressed or implied by statute, collaterally, or otherwise, with respect to this Site and its contents.

Intellectual Property
Save as set out in under Third Party Content below, the content of the Site including text, software, scripts, graphics, photos, sounds, music, videos and interactive features, and the trademarks, service marks and logos are owned by or licensed to Newsworks and the content is subject to copyright and other intellectual property rights which belong exclusively to Newsworks.
The content of the Website may not be reproduced, distributed, transmitted, broadcast, displayed, sold, licensed or otherwise exploited for any other purposes whatsoever without the prior written consent of Newsworks. By accessing the Site you agree not to distribute any of the content of the Site other than as expressly permitted under these Terms.
You may download material from this Site for personal use only. You may print copies of any item in hard copy, or download to a local hard disk extracts from the Site, for your personal use or for use by others within your organisation, provided that you do not amend, alter, edit or delete any part of it or combine it with another work. You may recopy it to a third party for their personal use only provided that the source of the material as Newsworks is acknowledged and the third party is informed that the material may not be reproduced or copied. All comments, feedback, information or materials submitted to or through the Site shall be considered non-confidential and shall belong to Newsworks. By submitting any materials to the Site, you hereby assign to Newsworks all worldwide rights, title and interest in the copyright or other intellectual property rights to such material.

The names, images and logos identifying any third parties and their products and services on the Site are subject to such copyright, patents, design rights and trademarks of the third parties that exist. Nothing contained in the Terms shall be construed as conferring any licence or right to use any trademark, patent, design right or copyright of any third party.
Newsworks does not permit any material which infringes copyright or any other intellectual property rights to be uploaded onto the Site. If Newsworks is notified by any person that any material on the Site infringes any other person’s rights, Newsworks will remove all that infringing material and/or submissions forthwith, without notice to the user.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Newsworks, its officers, directors, employees, and agents disclaim all warranties, express or implied, in connection with the Site and your use thereof. Newsworks, its officers, directors, employees, and agents make no warranties or representations about the accuracy or completeness of the Site’s content and assume no liability or responsibility for:
- any errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies of content;
- personal injury or property damage of any nature whatsoever, resulting from your access to and use of the Site, any unauthorized access to or use of our secure servers and/or any and all personal information and/or financial information stored therein;

Nothing in these terms shall exclude or in any way limit any liability to the extent such liability may not be excluded or limited as a matter of law.
Newsworks will not be liable for any loss of actual or anticipated income or profits, loss of contracts or for any special, indirect or consequential loss or damage of any kind howsoever arising and whether caused by tort (including negligence), breach of contract or otherwise, whether or not such loss or damage is foreseeable, foreseen or known.
The Site is controlled and offered by Newsworks in the United Kingdom. Newsworks makes no representations and gives no warranties that the Site is appropriate or available for use in other locations. Those who access or use the Site from other jurisdictions do so at their own risk and are responsible for compliance with any local laws.
Newsworks reserves the right at any time to remove any material or submissions without prior notice which it deems to be unlawful, indecent, dishonest or in anyway detrimental to Newsworks.

Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by English law. Any dispute or claim arising out of this policy and the use of your personal information will be governed by English law and the courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from the use of the site. If any of these Terms is found to be invalid by a court with competent jurisdiction, the remaining Terms will be unaffected and remain valid.
