The page now groups stories by theme to give users more detail on topics as opposed to just breaking news.
Chris Evans, Telegraph editor, announced a new design for the news brands’ homepage this week saying that the new arrangement ensures “you are fully informed of the biggest issues at all times”.
At the top of the page, stories are grouped in blocks by themes such as ‘Brexit’. Each block contains a news story, analyses and live blog and other relevant content.
There are also four new page areas including ‘Headlines’ for top news stories, ‘Downtime’ for arts and culture, ‘Inside Story’ for in-depth coverage and ‘Better Living’ for practical advice.
Despite the launch of the new page, Chris emphasises that the publication plans to continue refining and improving the experience in partnership with their readers.
