Fantastic formats and creativity shone through in our shortlist of eight stand out ads in October. While scandalous parties and nostalgic throwbacks delighted voters, it was Fortnum & Mason and the7stars’ frightfully good food that took this month’s ‘ad of the month’ crown
The ghoulish full-page print ad invites readers to sink their teeth into something tasty this Halloween, with their hampers full of terribly nice treats.
Speaking about the campaign, activation director Laura Keith, on behalf of the7stars’ Fortnum & Mason team, said: “We are thrilled to see Fortnum and Mason’s Halloween creative win Newsworks’ October ad of the month.
“News brands were the recommended channel for this campaign due to their ability to reach Fortnum & Mason’s audience at scale and within quality environments. It was key to maximise awareness of Fortnum’s Halloween Hamper on the lead up to Halloween and the recommended quality weekly magazines and supplements were able to deliver this.
