Are you ‘All In’? On 12 March the UK advertising industry is urged to take part and help shape a workplace where everyone feels they belong
‘All In’ is a cross-industry initiative, led by the Advertising Association, IPA and ISBA. The goal is to make this year’s ‘All In’ census the largest yet, and the industry’s participation can make a real impact in driving progress on talent development.
This year, anyone working in UK advertising and marketing services will be invited to spend just 15 minutes to complete a confidential survey, conducted by international market research company Kantar. The insights gathered will directly inform the industry’s ongoing inclusion action plan.
Companies that achieve a sufficient response rate will receive a tailored report, benchmarking their performance against industry standards. The survey has been refined to provide deeper insights into key areas like hybrid working and the role of AI.
