A flick through October’s shortlist of top news brand ads takes readers on the run (in fetching footwear), on a meeting with Thelma and Louise and whichever corner of the world their business takes them. But only one swashbuckling campaign can take top spot in our poll — which will be named ‘ad of the month’?
As ever, every vote entered will also be in with a chance of landing a £50 Amazon voucher in our monthly prize draw. Make sure you don’t miss out by getting your vote in by 12 noon on Wednesday 6 November. We’ll announce October’s ‘ad of the month’ and our prize draw winner the following day.

Everyone is welcome to join in, but only those working inside the media industry will be eligible to win the prize (£50 Amazon voucher). The prize is non-transferrable and not redeemable for cash.
Newsworks’ Ad of the Month competition will run from Wednesday 30 October until Wednesday 6 November at 12 noon.
Participants may enter as many times as they like.
The winner will be picked at random at the close of the competition. The winner will be announced in our News from Newsworks newsletter on Thursday 7 November.
Participants are encouraged to vote for their favourite ad from the selection in order to be entered into the prize draw.
