Metro launches the inaugural Metro Pride Awards, an event dedicated to honouring and celebrating the exceptional talent and passion that defines the LGBTQ+ community.
The event will bring together the most influential and inspiring LGBTQ+ individuals and organisations at a star-studded celebration in London on 26 February, during LGBT+ History Month.
The Metro Pride Awards will recognise LGBTQ+ trailblazers in the public eye who have achieved greatness across various fields, including entertainment, activism and entrepreneurial success.
The awards will also spotlight brands and organisations that have demonstrated a steadfast commitment to promoting equality, diversity and LGBTQ+ rights within their sectors.

The public is invited to participate in the Metro Pride Awards by nominating their favourite LGBTQ+ heroes across a variety of categories.
Nominations are now open until 1 November and can be submitted at www.metroprideawards.com, where you can find further details about the categories and the nomination process.
