As the number of journalists killed in conflict zones hits a decade high, Women in Journalism’s event for International Women’s Day speaks to senior female journalists about the rising risks and specific security concerns they face
The panel will include Christina Lamb, The Sunday Times’ senior foreign correspondent, who has written extensively about the impact of sexual violence against women in war zones. Also speaking are Sky News’ Deborah Haynes and VICE News’ Hind Hassan.
